      Hate those who get it done

      ESOP, relationship to Emerson, Fisher product line

      Cons

      Claim open door, but it's not true. People leave the company and then are rehired and get raises! When the rest of us suffer through paycuts and are beatup by leadership. Those who get it done and care, get no recognition other than what you are doing is not enough.

      I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time here at Caltrol. Often time when we bring an former employee back it is because they have a unique skill set that will help us succeed and grow. When unfortunately we do have to let people go please know that we always look for another position in the company where there skills would be a fit.

      Emerson has a lot of interesting technology.

      Cons

      Very bad frontline management. Terrible training and onboarding practices. Managers don’t care about employees, at all.

      Thank you for your candid review. Caltrol's training and onboarding are constantly being reviewed and improved. I hope that you responded to the feedback surveys you received regarding these practices. As an employee owned organization, it is important that we, the employees, drive the success of all of our practices. While I respect your perspective about Caltrol's managers, I disagree that they do not care about employees. We are all in this together.

      Connection to Emerson Training when you can get it. They stopped doing it in my time there.

      Arrogant management No employee morale and recognition -don't expect to be promoted Terrible benefits Younger employees not taken seriously by leadership
