The use of a profit share bonus drives hostility and sloppyness. Production is scheduled for a full 40 week, and with the mandatory overtime every week the production still falls behind due to high expectations. Management promotes workers who know the owner or the owner's family, even if the worker isn't smart enough to do the job. Talent evaluation by HR/hiring team is very poor, often leads to workers with poor work ethic being hired on. Some production areas are severely under-manned.

Work you like a dog in 30°+ weather. Constantly reminding you that you are replaceable, threatening with lay off, and that “if you don’t like the way things are run around here pack your bag and leave”, they advertise 40 hours/4 day weeks and than “mandate” 8 hours on Friday. The “leaders” in charge are hardly that, with little to no experience in welding they’re put to over see the entire production line, not very confident. When I was hired I was told there’s pleanty of room to move around but they never acted on that until i put in my two week notice. They expect 45 tanks a day to “satisfy the customer” but have all welder settings adjusted to specifications that make that an unrealistic task. On top of all that the profit share is rubbish and so is the wage.
