Hiring and Firing / Misrepresentation / Poor Work Life Balance

Absolutely nothing here as the company is a cheat playing with people's career
Cons
-they will misrepresent you to hire for a higher role and then after a few weeks you will be given Key account manager's role or consignment handling -Here all days are working and the management won't have a minutes hesitation to disturb you in non working hours. As a matter of fact they will see to it that they disturb you on all public holidays as well including sundays. they will ensure you work on all the holidays and will term it as "optional leave" On top of that , if you are unwilling to work on the leave day , they will ensure that salary is deducted for the leave day which is very unethical practice here in this company. -No proper breaks and the management feels that working 70 hours a week is norm that is to be followed together with constant pinging on whatsapp in non work hours - You will be unable to sleep as they will also start pinging you on whatsapp every day morning - They will suddenly fire you without notice and if you seek redressal with the management , they will give reasons as silly as you are not focused or may be you are not single anymore and thus we feel you will not be focused in the job
