The senior managers are a complete JOKE. Their petty behaviours, giant egos and complete delusions of grandeur becomes the standard level that you have to stoop to, to get even a modicum of acknowledgment. They give themselves promotions every year and now have promoted all of themselves to VICE PRESIDENTs!?? How in a company of only 50 people are there 7 VPs?? Empty titles they created to slap on their Linkedin to look more accomplished than they actually are. Being self aware is clearly NOT their strength. I don't know how a bunch of party planners are not completely embarrassed calling themselves VPs. How about just call a dog, a dog. You are litterally party planners!
