Pros

Tawonga is located in the most beautiful place and the people that direct the camp are the most well organized and thoughtful people. I learned most of my professional skills by working as a supervisor at camp.

Cons

Although it pays well for a summer camp, it still does not pay that well and it is not sustainable to work there just during the summers, unless you are a teacher.

Pros

Camp Tawonga is an incredibly caring and supportive community for both personal, social, and professional growth. The relationships you build here and the skills you gain will last you a life time.

Cons

Pay seems low, but it actually much higher than at other resident summer camps.

Pros

They have an incredible staff, wonderful executive staff, and a meaningful ethos. The work they do is important, and valuable to young people all around the world. An absolute joy to work for them.

Cons

Pay is low, but as you'll see, it's not about the money--the work done at Tawonga is meaningful and rewarding in and of itself.
