Bad team leaders and managers, they connected with other companies and always influence badly about the company to freshers recently joined and after the training period these teams leaders manipulates us to join other companies and influence us badly. They also write biased report on us to management and creates drama for their personal agendas and senseless pride and ego.

Hello sir This everything your doing with us is so unfair.you have called us for internship for 3 months as freshers we were so excited and wanted to give our best.inspite you guys didn't have correct data and there was no correct internship program and syllabus was so outdated even though we wanted to continue for 3 months . But you company itself has stopped. If you were not capable of maintaining the employees then you should not have wasted our time and your time as well. Being a fresher and going into such phases are really hard for us and Even our parents. Still we waited for so long but no response. This is so unfair by campalin innovations and team . You shouldn't take interviews primarily if you cannot take employees and cannot provide salaries. Please don't waste anyone's time and efforts especially fresher's Its taking us through mental health disturbance and now we lost so many opportunities. Removing us from groups may solve yours problems but don't you think this being unfair and not correctly resolving the issue
