Store in Boca Raton Town Center Mall
Cons
Zero support from store owner or store manager who is mainly concerned with her social life. Once hired, she will work with you approx 2 weeks then good luck! You are left alone unable to even go to the restroom. Store is a closet with no back room & owners watch everything on camera while never entering or showing any interest. Low morale, bad working conditions.

Pros
Great working environment with an 80 year history of craftsmanship and design from Italy. Superb leather goods ranging from personal to business accessories. This company was founded upon the writing instrument which makes it a great story for customers.
Cons
In the aspect of trends, Campo Marzio Design stays with the traditional styling and only creates a few supplemental lines throughout the year, which leaves little for the local customers as the product does not change often.
