Pros
The benefits were very good, if you could handle working with a narcissist.
Cons
The downside of working there was, the condescending, controlling, unwilling to properly train and then talk behind your back.

good benefits, stable hours, paid time off.
Cons
work environment is extremely poor, little advancement unless the office manager favors you. They had an office manager that was a literal tyrant and caused several great employees to leave. Upper management was made aware by several employees including myself. They were weirdly secretive about things at times and didn't allow for much growth. Little to no recognition for hard work and did not seem to value its office staff or customer service representatives
