They pay on time, good companions.
Cons
Micromanagement, they want to track everything you do, zoom with the camera all day, and tracking software. Low salaries, poor management, unclear functions, and structure. You won't learn anything here, they are always looking for a method to not pay the real cost.

Good co-workers, remote job, they provide the equipment
Cons
Excessive control and micromanagement, I don't know why they hire professional and capable people to end up controlling everything they do and not being able to be more confident of their work
