      Pros

      Salary, office location, benefits, and professional development funding.

      Cons

      In the one year I spent there, over half of the staff turned over (a combo of quitting and firing). They like to focus on 'work culture' but it is really more of a CULTture. Lots of nepotism, toxic management styles, and interpersonal drama.

      I am sorry to hear your experience with the CCA was not what you had hoped for. We undertake exit interviews with staff when they leave us and we strive to improve our workplace consistently. Our team has been intact over the past year and we have grown to address our members needs while we re-calibrated to address the pressures of the pandemic.       Pros

      The CEO and senior staffs are awesome. They are incredible leaders and really value everyone's opinion and time. Everyone was so friendly. It felt like being part of a family. I was so sad to leave. I made friends that I think I will keep for a very long time. It was by far the best place I worked at. I had a great time there and would definitely recommend it.

      No cons, I loved working there.
