Pros

Above average pay and can work from home one day of the week.

Cons

They literally give you contract after contract every couple months to avoid giving their employees benefits. Also minimal work is done compared to the political drama that gets stirred.

Pros

None this place is bad.

Cons

Credit unions no longer have to join CCUA, so the organization is dying. It is a sinking ship and people act accordingly. Due to the toxic culture, stay away otherwise could affect your mental health.

Politics and Nepotism Galore!

Pros

A few talented professional who pleasant to team up and work with. Good office locations and set-up.

Cons

Toxic Culture - a lot of office gossip gets cover during office meetings. Shows lack of respect and unprofessionalism towards colleagues and reports. People work under fear and politics. Department leads going after each other during team meeting. Nepotism over performance. No advancement opportunities. No diversity or inclusion - lots of fluff and no practise. Lack of awareness on cultural sensitivity. No new replacements when good team members leave. Continual increase in work loads with no monetary incentive. Lack of training.
