Co-workers here are nice and helpful. Job security is not bad.

There is no professional HR that can really communicate with you. The executive management doesn't care about your feeling. You won't get the respect you deserve unless you are good at flattering. The company doesn't embrace diversity. Feels like it's a boys club.
