Pros

The organization does have good intentions to improve the Canadian cancer control landscape. Employees are pretty generously compensated for a non-profit organization. Also, there is good work life balance.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic. The opinions of any staff below the managerial level are not well respected. There is low employee engagement and a high turnover rate.

None come to mind when I think back on it.

Cons

Excessive use of company speak that makes no sense. 90% women working there.If there was a gender reversal they would have been sued. Managers who call after hours and on weekends about issues they could have dealt with during work hours. VP giving contradictory instructions: I don't want to take ANY work home, why didn't you put this in my package to take home (same day). Upper management preventing people from moving up in the company or into new positions because they want they don't want to replace people.
