Great people. I had a fantastic manager which makes all the difference. They are also great at celebrating wins.

Cons

There was too much client work coming in and not enough people to handle it. Great to have a lot of new business, but it's not nice for the employees when the rate of new hires coming in is not equal to the rate of new business.
