      I had the opportunity to work closely with both the development and customer success teams, which helped me gain a broader perspective of the product lifecycle—from feature development to end-user feedback.

      sometimes unorganized and passive aggressive but overall it was not that bad of a job

      Pros

      Awesome team, with great collaboration between departments. Fast moving, innovative and customer friendly. No challenge it too big for us. If the customer requests it, then we will be there. Free lunch Thursdays are good too!

      None to mention. Some long nights, occasionally, when events can go into the evenings
