Pros
Starting wage is good for what you're doing. Low for industry as a whole.
Cons
High levels of anxiety amongst staff. No vertical mobility. You're stuck doing what you're doing. No raises in wage over time. No proper structured training. Occasional unprofessional feedback from management. No benefits, which is funny being that these are dental clinics.

You're just considered a number to management. Very busy clinic in mississauga. Mandatory Saturday work day.
