Pros
- Great team and atmosphere - Tolerant and understanding leadership - Nice bonuses (lunch vouchers, activity cards, etc.) - Good infrastructure of the office (coffee area, clean premises) - The company's values and mindset, the core topic themselves are really interesting
Cons
- Office's location - Pretty tight deadlines, many "spontaneous urgent" tasks (although justified by the company's rapid growth)
