Almost everyone there is there because they believe in the cause of cancer control, and they've foregone the highest possible salary in order to contribute to the health of the people of New South Wales.
Cons
Silos of information and knowledge within each Division can reduce the effectiveness of the organisation's overall impact.

Not experienced any real cons as yet. If trains are down it can be painful to get to, but that's not the fault of the workplace!
