Toxic work environment Tracking how much time you take to design creatives pushing you to work on canva templates and taking maximum time of 30 minutes for one design Only working on low effort less creative designs basically working on templates no possible growth And work culture is so toxic Having disrespectful remarks on daily basis from the boss You can't have leaves not even unpaid leaves
