Pros

Rent is covered, walk to work, relaxed environment, typically a complex filled with amenities, no bills or expenses, decent pay for a college student

Cons

Corporate has no idea what they are doing. The employment time on everyone in the company is rather short. Do not treat employees well. Typically 6-8 months behind on commission and if you leave the company you are not paid for any of the commission you earned months ago.

-Pay is consistently a little above average -Rental properties look great and include plenty of amenities

Cons

-Corporate is consistently unable to meet the needs of their respective properties -Because company policies and strategies are reactive instead of proactive, employees at all levels are constantly "putting out fires" -Company policies take advantage of tenants instead of working with them to make them happy. Best example of this is that the company refuses to accept partial payments from tenants and so many tenants are sent to collections for "not paying rent" even though they were completely willing to do so
