Candour is a great place to work, made even better by the people. The values of the business are actually lived by ( not just talked about once). Most importantly, opinions and suggestions are listened to and actioned. Its recruitment so targets, driving success and being the best at what we do is at the forefront of everything but you're working for a company that also wants you to do well for YOU. It's recruitment done in the right way as well, with relationships at the forefront. you get support, training and everyone around helps, not matter the level.

Again, it's a sales job so it's a target-driven environment - the more you put i,n the more you get out!
