It's an enjoyable relaxed environment which gives it's employees the freedom which they desire to get on with their work, without the hassle of daily meetings and KPI chasing. You can wear your own smart casual clothes which is more comfortable than the usual suit and tie attire. Management are fair and work side by side with you rather than above you. They're flexible with how the run the business and push employees to their potential. They're extremely passionate about taking the business to the next level and as the company grows in it's early days, it's great to see this.
