Also, there are two groups namely one of the survivors and the other one of their parents in the name of which they get a maximum donation for the outer world it is so nice and all but these groups just don't work and normal employees get exploited a lot because of them, since they don't work and emotionally blackmail the normal employees and the employee end up doing the work of three people in one salary
The organization will give you work of 10 people but will not promote you, and when it comes to promotion and increment they will say you are not doing anything it is your responsibility and there will not be anything on paper
