Pros
- Access to great state benefits and pension (10yrs to vest, though). - A completely remote or hybrid work model, if desirable. - Modern / functional office space in Worcester or Boston.
Cons
- A hostile work environment riddled with office politics. - Untrustworthy human resources that will work against individuals. - Disorganization & lack of accountability by leadership. - Poor work / life balance & hard to grow without playing politics. - Salaries not commensurate with the work loads. - Organization bullied by the private industry it regulates. - Decision makers do not understand technical aspects of field.

Great staff who are dedicated and go the extra mile despite being understaffed and without leadership. Staff are great to work with.
Cons
Upper management/leadership is complete chaos.
