Pros
-Great and friendly colleague (the only actual good thing to have) -Salary on time -Meal allowance in a form of vouchers (can only be used in canteen) - Has fuel incentive for normal working day and business trip -Only recommended for fresh graduate as a stepping stone -Has bonus
Cons
-Low and outdated basic salary package, way below market. -Minimal salary increament -Bad management, japanese centered centered company. -Food is getting worse every year (food poisoning cases happended for 2 years straight) -Short break time (only 45 minutes), but long working hour (8.75 hours excluding lunch break) -Punch card for attendance tracking, non flexible working hour -Career development and relevant training is almost non existential.
