- Zero accountability from management, who talk behind your back, go on smear campaigns when you fall short, and fabricate lies to make you look bad.
- Poor leadership. If you aren’t a ‘yes’ man who blindly follows orders, show any kind of freethinking or independent thought, they will go to war with you.
- Marketing has blown through several employees in a very short time, but they refuse to clearly explain why. They expect instant, perfect results, but are incapable of direct, effective communication.
- Hired at the start of the year and was making progress. They never brought to my attention that the way I did my job was wrong/ineffective, and if I didn’t make necessary changes and improvements to redeem myself and rectify the problem, that I would be let go - without any action plan, recourse, or explanation. Turns out the person I worked with and reported to, who I thought I could trust and confide in, plotted my demise. One thing was said to my face, but while my back was turned, the opposite was true with seeds of lies, deceit, dishonesty, smear campaigns, and betrayal being sown.
