Pros

-Great 401k and Health Insurance Benefits -Good products make cross-selling easy -If you have a good manager, you will succeed and find the work fulfilling

Cons

-Pay is NOT competitive. At all. -If you have a poor manager, you will have a really bad time. And sadly, there are about as many poor managers as good ones, so it's kind of a gamble. I worked at two different branches. One with a good one and one with a bad one. The difference is night and day.

Pros

Benefits and training you for some basic banking role. Some managers were kind and wanted to see your growth but you could only go so far. President of company was kind and seemed to try.

Cons

Where to start. Upper Management: truly make you feel like they look down on you. The only person I truly felt like they weren't better than you was Jack. Office vs back office: there is a constant battle. They treated the front line like they were better then them and that the front line were useless. Especially the branch operations department and how she and her team talked to branch employees. Branch vs branch: would fight over who got credit for what since they made sales pressure so hard on their employees. HR: they are not what an HR team should be. After leaving I truly feel they lack proper training and are unprofessional with their own "personal" opinions of people. Especially the VP of HR. Pay: what a lack compared to their competitors. They are always stating they are a billion dollar company but lack pay for employees and put more focus on rebranding for the 5th time. Bonuses were always changed to not pay out.
