Most of the doctors are pretty nice

Cons

High turnover rate. They lose alot of great people due to poor management, but administration keeps re-hiring instead of fixing issues with management. Pay and holidays off are not as good at CVMG than at other medical offices in the area. Management gossips about employees.

Awesome coworkers. Love working with patients and the community. CVMG isn’t too big like Revere or IHC, so feels more personable.

Cons

Administration and the majority of the Doctors don’t acknowledge or appreciate their staff. They have the mentality that everyone is replaceable. High turnover rate because of this

Great Dr’s! They value their medical assistants and how hard they work! They genuinely want to get to know you.

Cons

Upper management. They don’t care about employee happiness. They’d rather hire new people all the time than give raises or incentives.
