"There was no training, Chantel would constantly pull me away from the work I was supposed to be doing to go run errands for her, she would sit at her desk flat ironing her hair or applying her makeup while she would talk to you, her hands were ALWAYS covered in makeup so any document she handed to you was filthy." Agents and corporate staff are treated extremely poorly and given no respect. Extremely hostile work environment. I would not recommend working here to anyone including agents and corporate employees. Everyone is a number. Expectations are changed daily. There is no positive feedback or reinforcement. I have never felt so overworked and unappreciated in my entire career.
