      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Leadership team has no respect for women and their opinions. During my almost 2 years at Capchase they let go the only two women in leadership roles for speaking their mind and having opinions that were different from the other men in leadership positions. The Leadership team always thinks they are right and will not listen to the correct way to do something, even if it is part of your skillset. All they want to see is quick results and a million experiments.

      The leadership team doesn’t know how to manage the company and people. They treat women and PoC poorly, very discriminative towards everyone. You’ll be expected to overwork and they still won’t respect you

      Not any ones of value -- in-office snacks.

      Cons

      Un/stable/talented/intelligent/bearable founders. Extremely arrogant with no proper skills to back it up. The company culture is highly toxic.
