Do not let the promises in the interview fool you!

Horrible work environment / pay. If you are a salary employee you are there from 8 am-10 pm some days Monday - Friday. On Saturdays expect to work. Your salary will come down to min wage if you calculate the hours. If you are not salary and work overtime you will not be paid. The owner does not care about his employees. For example his roasting team for the coffee department worked overtime for him the entire summer. He proceeded to lay the entire department off come fall. They will promise you everything in the interview and you will get nothing. . If you are looking for a sever or bartender position for the summer go else where ! Food runners do all the work and are not tipped out as well. Expect racist and sexiest comments to be said to you by the owner.
