Pros
I read the positive reviews and interestingly enough I disagree with all of them. They sound more like responses given by their own stakeholders to disguise what is really happening, which is complete chaos and uncertainty for their employees.
Cons
-Extremely low morale in the workplace - employees are scared, uncertain, and unmotivated. -Lack of leadership, no integrity, poor communication, no clear direction, no moral scruples, no regard for employee's well being nor basic rights. -Bullying is encouraged among supervisors and upper management to subjugate their employees. -Employees who raise concerns ovet violations or complain to the EEOC are punished and retaliated against. -Cape Fox recently fired an employee AFTER filing a complaint to the EEO for bullying and harassment in the workplace. -Cape Fox will go the extra mile to make sure a former employee (and family) does not receive unemployment insurance benefits while they are trying to find a job. It's inhumane to deny former employees, who are already struggling, their basic right and a basic need to survive. -I can say for a fact Cape Fox has provided checks with NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS and late payments of salary. -The benefits CF offers are mediocre compared to what other competitors offer their employees. -If you are thinking of working for this company please ask around and ask the right people. My recommendation is to stay away if you believe that all employees should be treated fairly, with dignity and with the respect they deserve.
