Pros

I have worked with really great people and learned a lot. The company is expanding leaving room for growth. They have a great mission statement and do make an effort to keep staff inspired.

Cons

Teams are small (or responsibilities fall on one person with no overlap) and everyone is overworked, especially in operations. You will be taken advantage of if you don’t stand your ground. Things have improved in recent years but there is still a long ways to go.
