Pros
Great learning opportunity and introductory experience for anyone looking for a first job/internship in their respective field. Fun atmosphere and beautiful area, management is supportive, and overall culture is good. Pay is pretty decent, though not amazing. Interview process was efficient and painless, consisting of two interviews.
Cons
None that I can think of, other than the occasional shortage of work during my summer internship. There were two of us in the same intern role, which likely contributed to that at times. However, there were also plenty of busy days and meaningful work during the peak of the season, which balanced it out.
