NO QUOTAS, extensive training, unlimited income potential, amazing home office support staff, the company Founder/President puts God and Family first, travel opportunities, bonus programs, agent override program.
Cons
The company is smaller than larger national brands, and does not get the respect it derserves for the level of integrity it holds.

Pros
Flexibility, integrity of the company, they promote work life balance, integrity of the leaders, we do the right thing for our clients, we have the best financial products, If you work hard, your potential to make over 6 figures within your first two years is pretty high. You will get more recognition here than you have ever received in your lifetime at all of your other companies combined. The leaders here really know how to pamper their team.
Cons
This is not for everybody. If you need structure, a boss to tell you what to do, if you have a negative attitude, are not self motivated and are in it for the money, you will not make it here.
