Well established company that devotes significant effort to organization and management of employees/resources.
Cons
However, there is currently only one employee who has been with the company longer than 5 years. The rest have been fired or have quit, all in contentious situations with the owner. Its a fine summer job but don’t expect a career. You’ll either get sick of the toxic office environment or be fired.
