As a founder, it's been lonely till we expanded the team. We're small, so obviously we don't have all the benefits that we'd love to offer. Also since we're not enough people, things get bottlenecked with me. The workplace is spacious, but our work area is cramped because we can't afford that much just yet. I want to hear more cons too.
