I've worked as a Property Manager for 20+ years and in affordable housing for 4. I have to say that this company is, by far, the best I've worked at. Hard work pays off with this company! You get from them what you give. They give you all of the tools you need to succeed. It's up to you what you want to do with it. Great benefit package and competitive pay.

Cons

No Regional Managers. Only Asset Managers who have never been a Property Manager.

Growth opportunities, good schedule, training provided at start, continuous learning via online training, access to external certifications in affordable housing. Excellent guidance from superiors. Access to medical insurance and 401k.

Cons

Remote working not available in my role due to the nature of business.
