Pros

Good technologies used by their clients and by themselves. The office itself looks nice, but that's where the nicety about this company ends

Cons

This company uses time sheets, my manager pulled me up one day because I hadn't logged my toilet breaks. During my 6 months here 10 people had left. This is a seriously oppressive environment to work in, management berate and put you down a lot for tiny mistakes even for typo's, so much so that you get stressed about making mistakes and end up making more mistakes. This was such a horrible environment that I began to become ill and the doctor said it was stress related. Finally quit this job and couldn't be happier. Good luck to anyone who is offered a job here!

Pros

- some nice people (but young mostly as they can pay less for them) - you get an Extra day Annual Leave for birthday

Cons

- Do not offer even close to Market rate salary's - Happy to blame staff regardless of the lack of training to do your job properly - those that have worked there for many years and have climbed the ranks through insanely hard work are just not appreciated - no prospects to move up internally as they prefer to hire externally - Annual Leave is only 22 days and you gain 1 extra day for every 2 years you work there - pretty much every HR policy is copied and pasted from a government website with no knowledge of the terms when questioned (you just get a copy and paste from the government website again....) - Management do not fight for you and look to save their own skin by rolling blame downhill even though they know your in the right - They try to scare some employees in to resigning when rights are questioned (trying to give unfair disciplinary's even though legally they cannot) - Most employees work to help each other out instead of working to aid the company - since being bought out by a much larger company the worst of both companies policys seem to be adopted rather than the best of each - no pay brackets.... so you have 2nd liners getting paid more than 3rd liners and 1st liners getting paid more than 2nd liners .... ridiculous! - Toxic attitude amongst the company - looks to be going downhill. so many people leaving since the takeover - ill be surprised if the company lasts a year. Will leave the second i get an offer anywhere else. applying from today!

Pros

Lots of leaving drinks. Overtime is available to make up for low rates of pay.

Cons

No payrises. No progression. No career development.
