      Pros

      I received excellent training with clear, defined parameters. I knew exactly what to do in my job when I completed the hands on training.

      Cons

      Very high work volume. High stress and very short deadlines. Working for agents who do not set proper expectations for their clients and expect everything to be completed right there on the spot for them.

      Great training. Learned the industry and role well with ample support and one on one training with a designator trainer.

      Cons

      Kept loosing employees, adding more work to those who stayed without any plan for raises or to bring on new workers.
