      I received excellent training with clear, defined parameters. I knew exactly what to do in my job when I completed the hands on training.

      Cons

      Very high work volume. High stress and very short deadlines. Working for agents who do not set proper expectations for their clients and expect everything to be completed right there on the spot for them.

      Pros

      Very laid back, you don't have managers breathing down your neck. Free food Lots of parties and get togethers Owners hand-deliver bonuses

      Cons

      Compensation SUCKS! Bonuses suck too. They skimp you on your pay so that they can afford lavish company parties. Haven't had a review in years,yet I have so many added jobs. Degrees don't mean a pay increase. Management sucks in many departments
