1. No fairness, the pay is not based on fair evaluation of the performance, only decided by the management (owner). If the owner likes you, you get competitive pay, if not, your pay is way below the market average.
2. Disorganized management.
3. Very few learning opportunities and the high turnover makes it’s even more difficult to learn really skills
4. The management is very sneaky, if you negotiated with them something during the interview and they promise you something, make them write in the offer letter, otherwise they won’t give you what they promised. (This happen to me, the salary amount they told me on the phone is different than in the offer letter, they didn’t send or mail me the offer letter until my first day)
