POOR MANAGEMENT The manager has no respect for staffs. We are hired as sales assistants but we are also required to clean the windows, shelves and mop the floor when it is not our duty to do so. I turned up early to my shift and he suggested to come back in 3 hours because the company was not making enough money.

some people are really lovely. discount is also quite good and applicable at all brands

Cons

no room for growth outside of retail.

Terrible management

Pros

- Good discounts - Uniform was great until it was changed in 2021. - Meet very few good people

Cons

- I, as well as many other of my colleagues experienced forms of Bullying and Racism. - Management was terrible, rude, very unsupportive. - HR never took any complaints seriously. - Very bad staff turnover. I experienced 6 managers in 4 years. I also saw at least 6 casuals leave because of the environment. - Managers would cut your shifts if they didn't like you or get along with you. - They were very tight with staff taking annual leave days even though they are entitled to it. - Struggle to progress in company. - Supervisor would talk about staff behind their back to other staff and gossip. - They don't care about peoples mental health even though they preach it. Come to work crying constantly because of the toxic environment and they wouldn't show any support.
