Cons

I was employed at this location for almost 6 months. During that time, I personally witnessed many sales people, including management, making racist, homophobic, and misogynistic remarks against coworkers and customers. They also blatantly lied to customers regarding the condition of some of the vehicles. What is very sad is that this company prides itself on operating with integrity, but they are not honest. They say they do car consignment, which is only partially true. A sister company under the same parent company owns most of the vehicles and they work closely with that company to set the prices. They also do not go through any sort of inspection, except a NC state inspection, which will not be thorough as they had an agreement with a local inspection center where certain vehicles passed inspection when they should not have. They like to make you think that the prices are not negotiable and that their vehicles are quality, but that is simply not true. It's a rigged system and it is rigged in their favor to sell you vehicles in poor condition for a good price. Even if you may think you walked away with a good deal, keep in mind that you gave money to a company that is not only dishonest, but knowingly sells you subpar vehicles and lies about having integrity. At least other dealerships don't pretend to have integrity. Also keep in mind that any response to this review is going to be tainted. Simply put, I would rather shop somewhere else knowing that the sales system is rigged than purchase a vehicle here knowing that the system is rigged and they are simply lying about it. Lying is lying. Pretending you are not lying and telling the customer something that is not true is a whole other level of bad ethics. And while it may or may not rise to the legal definition of fraud, it certainly gets close. In short, don't buy from them. Don't participate in this deception.
