- Caraffi really lives their values on a daily basis, especially the "zero friendly fire". It's the complete opposite to a typical agency in this world; everyone works together, uplifts each other, and supports each other - I learnt so much in my time with Caraffi, working with loads of different clients. It's the kind of exposure I'd get from working for 4-5 different businesses over 10 years, but I did it in 2 years for one business - Genuine flexiblity on hours worked, where I worked from, and how I worked - So much progression is available if you work hard and commit

I’ve been with Caraffi a little over two years and have never worked for such an open and honest company before. Our strategy, finances, goals and ambitions as a business are openly shared and spoken about at every quarterly meeting. We are all given an opportunity to have our voice heard either by putting our hands up if confident or behind anonymity of preferred. I admire our leaders for there constant strive to be the best at what we do and not being afraid to pivot as we grow, we are still a start up and learn as we grow.
