Firstly, for a primarily remote working company, there are lots of opportunities provided to meet in person and plenty of organised social events that mean you never feel too detached from those you work with. Everyone in the team is hugely talented and friendly and there is a real feeling of support and union between those who work here. My favourite thing about working here is the opportunities for growth and the internal support provided by managing staff to help you become the best version of yourself.
