      Pros

      Unlimited PTO. Extended Holiday Break. Full Benefits. Strong Parent Company (BPM) that is sensitive to minorities and minority issues with a CEO that is very visible and communicative.

      Cons

      One executive individual seems to control all personnel decisions and promotions through her network of favorite 'protected' managers. Gossip of non-favorite staff is rampant. Additionally, workload is double that which was promised at hiring.

      Pros

      Started off well with nice team members. Many projects to keep you busy.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected and lacks communication. If you are not a 'yes' man all the time to their ideas, you will fail. They don't want any other ideas or experiences outside of their tight management team.

      Pros

      Great company to work for! The partners are all so nice and very "door's always open" for any questions or concerns you may have, and BPM (the parent company) is always very open and welcoming. Compensation and benefits are very generous, the insurance options are amazing. Each implementation you work on is different, so each day is different, which I like because it keeps things from getting stagnant or boring. I love being able to work remotely, it makes balancing work/life much easier in my opinion. Despite the remote work, I still feel as though I know my coworkers very well. :)

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced industry that is constantly evolving, so it can sometimes feel like things change pretty often, so people that prefer to do the same thing every day might not like this type of work.
