Pros
- Designers are all very nice and supportive - Can learn a lot from other designers
Cons
- Lots of politics going on at the background - Employees are getting fired quite often - Turnover rate is high - Feedbacks during appraisals were ignored - Project timelines are ridiculous - Employee's wellness are constantly being compromised in order to satisfy client's requests and meet profit margins - Very little benefits and WFH is discouraged
