      Pros

      none really, management treat their friends well and the rest will suffer, strong bullying tactics, middle management are promoted because they like to say yes and play golf rather than push back on ideas that are of no benefit to the consultants, lacks real training and development. Training team like to come up with ideas that are impractical and irrelevant to the everyday consultant. pay and benefits are well below market average, no company culture.

      Pros

      Flexibility in areas to work, and access to the larger benefits of a company the size of Impellam

      Cons

      Poor commission structure, lack of leadership, lack of unity with other branches. Centralised business development concept doesnt work, due to poor communication when filtering clients down. In my time, i had an account taken off me and given to another branch, and was moved to a different office to strategically impose redundancy.

      None. Awful commission, hierarchy that doesn't work. This trickle down government as a company = Carbon60.

      Cons

      Terrible commission, management do sweet FA, culture is horrible, PA's on too much money, Directors are useless.
