Pros
It really is an action filled company and management really work themselves to the bone to make sure we are progressing. Being early stage offers employees the chance to progress. Management also go out of their way to create great work culture.
Cons
It can be a haywire at times and there have been a couple times I began questioning if I could keep up with the pace.
